General Questions:

Q: How does your process work?

A: Our process is the cornerstone of our business. Everything is done online, from the comfort of your own home or even using your phone.

No fax, no showing up in person, no paper involved at all. You can easily complete the process in 30 minutes.

When we have processed your application and approved you for a loan the funds are deposited directly into your bank account. This can often be as short as 15 minutes, depending on banking delays and other factors that are outside of our control. It's not unheard of to have the funds arrive within 5 minutes of our initiating the transaction.

Q: How do I reloan?

A: Short answer: Just let us know once your payment has cleared and we'll send you funds immediately. There's no lengthy application process for reloans -- we've already established that you're a trustworthy borrower.

Q: What do I need to qualify for a loan?

A: Our qualifications are very simple: you must be 21 years of age or older, you need to have a job, that job needs to pay you via online banking or direct deposit, and you need to be able to show us that your income is derived from employment income. If your online banking statements don't show your employer's name, you may have to provide us with a scan of your pay stub. If you are paid in cash, then unfortunately you can not qualify for a loan with us.

Q: Can I qualify for a loan if I am unemployed but receiving Disability, Employment Insurance, a Pension, etc?

A: Sorry, but you do need a job. I'm sure you understand.

Q: I am having trouble entering my birthdate, or other dates, on your form. How do I enter a date?

A: Our form accepts dates like this: YYYY-MM-DD. So for example, February 1st, 1991 would be entered as: 1991-02-01.

Q: I applied but was told that I do not qualify at this time. Can I re-apply later?

A: Certainly, you can apply again in 30 days. Note that if your financial situation hasn't changed, it will probably not affect the outcome of your application, meaning you will probably be denied again.

Q: What are your hours?

A: We are open from 8-8, 7 days a week
